On the Bus 2dae I suddenly realise tat i've gt a goal for myself this year which is to run below 9 mins for my 2.4km, able to run my marathon at the end of this year and to get at least 1 AD for my subjects. Tats All. So Y m I commiting myself to CCA? Y m i joining camps and y m i not trainin nowadays? I Realli hav to wake up my bloody idea! So Frm 2moro onwards I guess i will train like how i use to train last time...B in sch at 6am running 2.4km or more at the track. As for my Tasic I m Goin to get dis over and done wif and i will nvr return agn! Nex I will Continue My Swift's Trainin cos i hav nt been attendin de trainin ever since i join.
