Last night cannot sleep properly because i was visiting de toilet everi HOUR. Dunnoe izzit because of de fish and chips i ate yest or izzit because my stomach jus wan 2 create problems..
Aniwae Did my 10km run at ard 7pm(Finally i gt de time to run!).. timing sux big time 44:23.. is too far off my best timing(40:12).. mayb because didnt train for 2 mths.. but nvm mus start trainin back!! Finally I m Going For my 1st SWIFT TRAINING!!!!.. Now i gt new target liao.. B4 I go NS my 2.4 timin mus b ard 8 mins..( Dis means 1 rnd is ard 1 min 15 secs -.-) so 6 rnd is ard 8 mins lo. Seems easy but to do it takes alot of crazy trainings, pure determination and hard work.. now have to watch my diet.. for de past few mths wen i was nt trainin i have been avoidin coke and 100 plus.. NO MORE GASSY Drinks!! and lesser fried food!!.. My Target: Each week run at least 40km Posted @ 12:05 AM
